The Primary Care Workforce has been vital in delivering the NHS response to the Covid pandemic. It is now critical that we ensure that our workforce is supported and we develop recruitment and retention strategies as we move out of the pandemic. Our workforce is supported and able to grow to deliver the enhanced services that Primary Care are commissioned to deliver.
