Update on NW London CCGs staff consultation, new appointments and move to a single operating model

Update from Jo Ohlson, Chief Officer, NHS North West London Collaboration of CCGs
Following our staff consultation process and the commencement of interviews I am delighted to announce the following senior appointments and borough leads for the NW London CCGs.
The process is not yet finalised and interviews will continue throughout November to complete the full structure for our new single operating model.
Where staff need to transition into a new role this will commence from 1 December. I will provide further updates on appointments as the process continues.
Appointments and positions confirmed so far:
- Chief Operating Officer for Central London, Hammersmith and Fulham and West London CCGs and Lead for Children and Young People – Janet Cree
- Chief Operating Officer for Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon CCGs and Lead for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism – Sheik Auladin
- Chief Finance Officer (NW London ICS) - Steve Bloomer
- Chief Nurse – Diane Jones
- Director of Local Care (formerly titled out of hospital care) – Louise Proctor
- Director of Primary Care – Javina Sehgal
- Director of Communications and Engagement – Rory Hegarty
- Director of Health and Care Partnerships - Juliet Brown
- Director of HR - Charlotte Bailey (CNWL HR Director) has been appointed as the Lead HR Director for North West London for one day a week.
We have not yet appointed the lead for planning and performance and the Chief Operating Officer for Ealing and Hounslow CCGs.

The Borough Lead Directors for Harrow and Hounslow remain vacant; an update on recruitment to vacant roles will be shared as soon as we know more.
