The Board has statutory responsibility for NHS expenditure, (i.e. allocating NHS resources to deliver the NW London strategy alongside Local Authorities and NHS England). This includes developing a plan, allocating resources (NHS budgets), assuring delivery and establishing joint working arrangements.
On our website you can find out more about our purpose and objectives as well as the roles making up the Board membership.
Meetings will be held in public, but they are not public meetings. Members of the public are welcome to attend our meetings, observe the discussions and submit question in advance.
Written questions on any agenda item may be submitted via email up to 24 hours in advance of the meeting to [nhsnwlccg.nwlics@nhs.net]. At this meeting, 5 minutes will be allocated to respond to questions, reflecting the fact that this is a one-hour statutory meeting to establish the Board. All questions will receive a written response after the meeting and responses will be published on our website.
Papers for the meeting can be found here.

Residents are of course also able to attend and raise questions at NHS Trust board meetings, the NW London Residents Forum or at borough-based meetings.
