Welcome to October's edition of @healthiernwl. We hope this newsletter will help keep you up to date with the work going on across the NW London health and care partnership and the North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups.

This month find out about the changes happening to Belmont Health Centre in Harrow which will take place from 1 November. We also invite all adults and children living in North Kensington to book an appointment for an ‘Enhanced Health Check’. Also, our second digital health hub took place in Northwick Park Hospital last month. Find out how the team is helping members of the public to become confident with digital healthcare technology.
