Welcome to your NHS North West London newsletter
Welcome to May’s edition of @healthiernwl, we hope this newsletter will help keep you up-to-date with the work going on across the NW London health and care partnership and the North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups.
So far May has been a busy month and we are seeking public views on: changes to opening hours in Hammersmith and Fulham and reviewing changes to the GP access centre at Alexandra Avenue in Harrow. Healthwatches across NW London are also holding public events to seek your views for the development of our long term plan. More information about how you can get involved and provide your views can be found in this newsletter, so please do get involved and have your say!
In this month's edition you will find out about how former England striker Les Ferdinand is using virtual reality to encourage people to open up about their mental health. In light of Maternal Mental Health Week we share an update on the achievements of our maternity team. We also share some top tips on how to manage stress, delivered by Anthony Newton, psychotherapist and counsellor, from the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
