News from the NHS NW London CCGs March - April 2019

Welcome to your NHS North West London newsletter

We hope that this will help keep you up-to-date with the work going on across the NW London health and care partnership and the North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups.

They say spring is a time of change and as we welcome the new warmer weather, there has certainly been some changes for us in NW London.

In this month’s edition read and hear more about Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock’s announcement that the North West London Shaping a Healthier Future (SaHF) programme has come to an end.  We look at what the programme achieved and what this means for the development of our long term plan.

This edition also explores the work and success of our care home and maternity teams.
