Welcome to July’s edition of @healthiernwl, we hope this newsletter will help keep you up-to-date with the work going on across the NW London health and care partnership and the North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Hot off the press – today we have released more information about our proposals to create a single CCG across NW London.

This month has also been packed with awards and achievements. Find out about our Digital Citizen Education programme that was shortlisted for an NHS parliamentary award, Diabetes Nurse Consultant Ruth Miller was celebrated at a reception hosted by the Prime Minister, Theresa May and Hounslow CCG are recognised for their achievement in their support for patients with serious and long term mental health needs.

We welcome Dr Annabel Crowe as the new Chair for Hounslow CCG who took up her post on 1 July.

We are also well underway with our engagement on the Long Term Plan and we encourage everyone to have their say and get involved.
