Need to see a GP, pharmacist or nurse over the Easter holidays?

Published on: 19th March 2018

GP and nurse appointments are available over the Easter bank holiday weekend including Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

This follows on from success over the Christmas and NewYear period, as pressures were reduced on urgent and emergency services with almost 4,000 patients seen by a GP or a nurse in North West London.

These extra appointments ensure that patients are seen in the right place, at the right time and closer to home. Across North West London there are more than 6,000 extra appointments available a week.

Appointments are available at the following times in:

Residents can book appointments by calling their GP practice or NHS 111 when their own practice is closed. NHS 111 can now directly book you an appointment with a GP or nurse at your own practice or a nearby local health centre.

This is really exciting for North West London residents as they can make appointments at a time and in a place that is convenient for them no matter the day of the week.

For more information or to book an appointment with a GP or nurse please contactyour local GP practice or call NHS 111.
