Did you know.... missed GP appointments cost the NHS £216 million per year! On average that’s £30 per appointment.
We know that sometimes life can get in the way but if for any reason you can no longer make your GP or nurse appointment please call your GP practice or respond ‘CANCEL’ to your appointment reminder text.
Not only will you help save the NHS money but that appointment may be needed by someone else.

Also, don’t forget... evening and weekend GP and nurse appointments are available to book across North West London. Ask your GP practice receptionist for more details. When your GP practice is closed, call NHS 111.
