GP surgeries are operating as normal over the Christmas period

If you need advice from your GP over the Christmas period, please telephone the surgery as normal. Practices will be closed on bank holidays but open at all other times and offering appointments between 8am and 6.30pm.
During the covid-19 pandemic, GPs are offering more appointments by telephone or video call to keep patients safe. Face to face appointments are of course available for those who need them.
If you need medical advice, please contact your GP in the first instance. If you are unable to get through, please use the online 111 service, which will direct you to the right service quickly. If you are unable to get online, , you should dial 111.
In a medical emergency, you should always dial 999.
