Come and help us shape end-of-life care in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster

The NHS and its partners in North West London are inviting local residents and stakeholders to join them at an on-line event taking place on Tuesday 12 July 2022, so we can share their thoughts on the care and support delivered by our community-based specialist palliative care services (or End of Life care) for adults (18+).
The event will take place on Tuesday 12 July 2022 3.30 – 5pm
By Community-based Specialist Palliative Care (CSPC), we are a referring to specialist level of palliative care that is delivered in a setting that is not within a hospital or a GP surgery, but rather in a patient’s own home, a care home, a hospice and a community hospital or centre. Examples of these types of care services include – hospice bedded inpatient care, Hospice day and outpatient services, care at a Nursing Home, community specialist palliative care nursing team providing care and support in the home, Hospice@home service.
We want to know what is important to you and what needs to improve to ensure we deliver high quality care and excellent patient and family/ carer experience through these services.

This event is especially aimed at local people from Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster as we want make sure their voice is heard as we look to develop services for adults that meet all of our diverse communities needs and provide high quality care and good patient experience when they are on their journey to the end of their life. Your feedback will play an important part in helping us make sure our services meet your needs.
