You said we did
We welcome and regularly seek feedback, comments and suggestions from local people about healthcare services we plan, deliver and monitor. We want to hear your views and opinions on what is working well and what could be improved in the future. It is a key priority for us to keep you informed and updated in every aspect of our work.
When we finish a project a final report of how public feedback has been used is issued. The final report is used to inform decision making before the plan/programme goes live in NW London.
Below are examples of when we hear feedback, questions are recommendations from local people and our response as a result:
Online consultations
We worked with Imperial College Health Partners to find out what the public thought of contacting their GP online, known as an online consultation. Their report on public feedback can be downloaded here.
You can find out how we used their feedback to develop online consultations here.
Developing older people’s services
We wanted to find out what people thought of older peoples services in Ealing. The feedback can be found here.
‘Hub’ naming survey report
The NHS uses a lot of names for community health centres. We wanted to find out what you think these centres should be called? The feedback can be found here.
We continue to work closely with patients, the public, our GP membership, providers, community and voluntary sector to actively receive feedback and recommendations.
