The North West London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is committed to providing the best quality care to a population of over two million people in North West London and have an ambitious programme for improving health services.

The CCG covers the London boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Kesnington & Chelsea and Westminster.  Two of our borough based teams are not coterminous with borough boundaries with West London including Queen's Park and Paddington in Westminster and Central London covering the rest of Westminster.
